1. Service Scope and Delivery

Kozmoze does not guarantee specific lead conversion rates or revenue generation, as outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control.
2. Project Timelines and Turnaround

Standard lead generation projects may take 2-6 weeks depending on scope, data acquisition, and campaign complexity.

Kozmoze is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, missing information, or lack of timely feedback.

Expedited service requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.
3. Revisions and Adjustments

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Clients may cancel services with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

If work has already commenced, clients are responsible for payments covering the completed work up to the cancellation date.

In contract-based services, cancellation terms will follow the conditions outlined in the agreement.

Any modifications to an ongoing project must be mutually agreed upon before implementation and may result in additional fees.
5. No Guarantee of Results

Leads provided are sourced based on agreed criteria, and Kozmoze holds no liability if they do not convert into customers.

6. Refund Policy

Kozmoze follows a performance-based approach. Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of service completion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Partial refunds may be issued only if service deliverables were not met as per the contractual agreement.
