Kozmoze is committed to delivering high-quality B2B lead generation services. This policy outlines our process for service fulfillment, timelines, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring clear expectations while safeguarding Kozmoze from liability.

 

1. Service Scope and Delivery

  • Our services include prospect research, data validation, and campaign execution for B2B lead generation.

  • Deliverables are defined in the service agreement before project initiation and will be provided according to the agreed scope.

  • Reports and insights will be shared at specified intervals as per the service plan.

  • Kozmoze does not guarantee specific lead conversion rates or revenue generation, as outcomes depend on various external factors beyond our control.

 

2. Project Timelines and Turnaround

  • The estimated timeline for each service is outlined in the service agreement.

  • Standard lead generation projects may take 2-6 weeks depending on scope, data acquisition, and campaign complexity.

  • Kozmoze is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction, missing information, or lack of timely feedback.

  • Expedited service requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Revisions and Adjustments

  • Clients may request reasonable revisions as per the agreed terms.

  • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

  • Revision timelines depend on the complexity of the requested modifications and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Cancellations and Modifications

​

  • Clients may cancel services with a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • If work has already commenced, clients are responsible for payments covering the completed work up to the cancellation date.

  • In contract-based services, cancellation terms will follow the conditions outlined in the agreement.

  • Any modifications to an ongoing project must be mutually agreed upon before implementation and may result in additional fees.

 

5. No Guarantee of Results

​

  • Kozmoze provides data-driven lead generation services; however, we do not guarantee specific engagement levels, sales, or revenue outcomes.

  • Leads provided are sourced based on agreed criteria, and Kozmoze holds no liability if they do not convert into customers.

  • The effectiveness of lead generation depends on factors such as market conditions, client follow-up, and industry-specific variables.

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Kozmoze follows a performance-based approach. Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to a detailed review of service execution, adherence to recommendations, and data validation.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of service completion and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Partial refunds may be issued only if service deliverables were not met as per the contractual agreement.

 

7. Client Support and Issue Resolution

  • Our support team is available via email to address service-related inquiries.

  • Clients must report any concerns within 7 days of issue identification for resolution.

  • Kozmoze aims to resolve disputes amicably; however, unresolved issues may be escalated as per our terms of service.

 

8. Compliance and Liability

  • Kozmoze adheres to industry best practices and ethical lead generation methods.

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and policies governing their industry when using our services.

  • Kozmoze is not responsible for any misuse or misrepresentation of generated leads by the client.

  • We do not engage in spam, fraudulent activities, or illegal solicitation on behalf of any client.
